PharmaSys respects your right to request deletion of personal information that may be processed through our platform.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to:

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, conversation, or record. Where applicable, this may include your name, phone number, email address, or the business or pharmacy you interacted with.

WhatsApp Data

If you have communicated with a business using PharmaSys through WhatsApp, your request may relate to information such as:

  • Phone number
  • WhatsApp identifier
  • Contact name
  • Message history
  • Message delivery and read status information

What Happens After a Request

We will review the request and take reasonable steps to delete eligible personal information associated with the request.

We may need to retain certain information where required for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business record-keeping purposes.

Verification

We may ask for additional information to verify that the person making the request is authorized to request deletion of the relevant data.
