Is PharmaSys only for pharmacies?

The pharmacy management tools are built for pharmacies. The WhatsApp enquiry, escalation and appointment workflows can also be configured for other businesses. Tell us what you do so we can show you the relevant setup.

Can customers book through WhatsApp?

Yes. Once your services and availability are configured, customers can check times and make a booking through WhatsApp. Your team manages the booking and its confirmation status in the appointment system.

What happens when the AI cannot help?

The assistant can escalate a question to a configured staff contact. The notification includes the customer’s issue and a case reference so your team can follow up.

Can I control the information the AI uses?

Yes. The assistant uses the business information you provide. During setup, we’ll help you identify the services, answers and staff routing that are relevant to your business.

Do I need to give my details to ask a question?

No. You can use Ask PharmaSys without filling in a contact form. If you choose to request a demo, we’ll ask for enough information for our team to follow up.

Does requesting a demo book a time?

No. It sends your request to the PharmaSys team. We’ll need to agree on a suitable time with you before a demo is confirmed.
